ok i need help finding out wether or not a 428 fe motor will fit in to
a 68 fastback. it has a 302 in it now but i now have a 428 and i can
tell wether it will fit.. thanks

I believe that their are some structural issues for the big block versus the
small block bodies. I remember something about reinforced shock towers and
crossmembers for the big blocks. Also some clearance problems on the shock
towers.

That engine was a factory option in '68, so yes it
will fit. It's pretty tight, changing the spark plugs
is a challange.
